Return Policy : Please note that our 3D models are custom made to your specifications. Unfortunately, once your order has been received and the manufacturing process has begun , we are unable to offer returns. This also applies to orders that have already been dispatched . In such cases, a refund is no longer possible .

Cancellations and Changes : However, we understand that your needs may change. Therefore, we accept cancellations or changes to orders as long as the manufacturing process has not yet started . If you wish to cancel or change an order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible . Our customer service team will process your request and help you make the change you want.

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
